There is a new location in Nashville, TN. I have had repeated issues on customer service. Twice workers have their backs toward customer talking amongst themselves. Today I ordered food for pick up. There were no napkins included, no fork for the salad and no sauce that comes with the cool wrap. I called and spoke to the “manager” and she was dismissive. This is not what I am used to for Chick- Fil-A. I have never seen the owner* operator. I don’t believe he is as involved as an “owner -operator” as the normal Chik-Fil-A standard.

I spoke to a human at corporate. I don’t know if the issue will be addressed and fixed. It will take time to find out if the issue is successfully resolved. If it is not resolved, I won’t go back. I will express my frustration with my dollars and not visit there ever again. I don’t appreciate being ignored and not having what I paid for. When I called the location, the “manager” offered nothing to make it up. The local manager was completely dismissive and had no concern for the lack of service, accuracy, or employees who were “ disturbed” by the presence of a customer in the restaurant to pick up her online order. If this is what Chick-Fil-A corporate is okay with, then I will go elsewhere.
