FIRST I CONTACTED MY DEALER WHO TOLD ME TO HAVE THE CAR TOWED IN AND GAVE ME THE *-***-CHEV-USA.WHAT A JOKE CALLING THAT !!!WENT THROUGH THE PROCESS AND COMPLETED MORE THAN * HRS AGO AND STILL NO TOW TRUCK AND CONVIENTLY THERE IS NO WAY TO TALK TO ANYONE. WHAT IF YOU DIDN,T HAVE A SMART PHONE WHAT WOULD YOU DO? I HAVE OWNED CHEVYS FOR OVER ** YYEARS BUT WITH THE DIRECTION YOU ARE GOING I THINK I MIGHT BE DONE!THIS MAKES THE *TH TIME TO HAVE THE CAR TOWED IN **,*** MILES.DEALERSHIP JUST SEEMS TO PATCH IT AND GO ON NOT LOOKING TO FIX THE PROBLEM OR CHEVY DOESN'T WANT TO SPEND THE MONEY TO FIX IT RIGHT JUST LIKE THEY DON,T WANT TO SPEND MONEY TO HAVE CONTACT PEOPLE. I WANT MY CRUZE TOWED TO THE DEALERSHIP AND FIXED NOT PATCHED BECAUSE THAT WAS WHAT IS SUPPOSE TO BE DONE ACCORDING TO THE WARRANTY THAT IS JOKE TWO BUT I,M NOT LAUGHING YOU CAN FEEL FREE TO CALL ME IF A REAL PERSON ACTUALLY READS THIS AT *-***-***-****
