Hello, my account has been suspended due to "unusual activity". This is ridiculous and it isn't the first time this has happened. I have been using my OWN account by myself on my own devices (besides today). My computer died this morning so I have been using my boyfriends computer, and couldn't swap out my device because I had to do so earlier this month. However I do not know the reason as to why I had to swap out a device earlier this month in the first place, considering that I was using the same device that had already been registered when it prompted me to swap. I tried using my phone, which is my second registered device and it was asking me to swap that out as well despite it already being registered. I do not understand how I pay $** a month and am locked out of my OWN account that I am using on my OWN accord especially during critical moments. Very displeased.

GetHuman-fallensy did not yet indicate what Chegg should do to make this right.
