I ordered an iSpeak book rental with ISBN-13: [redacted][redacted] over a week ago, but I haven't received it yet. Although my other book arrived, this one shows shipping pending with a Fedex tracking number indicating delivery that didn't happen. I'm worried about the status of my order as I haven't heard anything from your team. Finding your customer service contact information was challenging since it's not prominently displayed on the website. I really need some clarity or updates on my order. In these uncertain times, good communication is crucial.

I ordered a book from Chegg for rental but was informed it was no longer available after inquiring about the delivery date. Despite a long phone call, I couldn't get a clear answer on when the book would be available. After being disconnected twice, I ended up ordering the book from another site with expedited shipping. To my surprise, I received an email the next day saying the book had shipped from Chegg despite my cancellation attempt. Now I have two books coming from different places. I have to go out of my way to pick up the Chegg book and return it. The lack of apology and customer service follow-up has left me very disappointed.

I signed up for a subscription in August to study, but I also canceled it at that time. Unfortunately, on September 14th, I was charged on my credit card again. I feel like I am being cheated and want to cancel everything with Chegg. I am concerned about the safety of my card information and plan to escalate this issue to our University. I am unable to reach Chegg through voice service and have lost money due to this situation. I kindly request to remove my card details from your system to prevent any further issues. I am sharing this with the local authorities in case legal action needs to be taken for credit card misuse. Please contact me at +[redacted]31 to assist with canceling all my information to avoid any potential future problems.

In August, I subscribed to Chegg for studying purposes, but I also canceled the subscription around the same time. Unfortunately, on September 14th, I noticed another charge on my credit card, making me feel like I'm being deceived. I intend to escalate this issue to our university as a concern about the security of card information on Chegg. Currently, I'm struggling to contact Chegg via phone. I am upset about losing money due to this situation. Please remove my card information from your platform to prevent any further misunderstandings. I am unable to find the option to do this myself. Kindly reach out to me at +[redacted]31 for assistance in deleting all my details from your database. I am anxious about potential future occurrences. I am finding it difficult to communicate with your customer service team.

Hello, I need assistance with my Chegg account as I am experiencing issues with reaching the maximum device limit. Yesterday, I faced this problem after updating my laptop and used my one-time swap to resolve it. However, today after updating my laptop again, I am encountering the same issue without the option to swap devices. I consistently use the same laptop, which seems to trigger the problem whenever I update it. It is inconvenient for me to switch to my phone as my other device, so I would appreciate a prompt solution to this matter. Please note that I only use two devices, my laptop, and phone, and the problem arises after updating my laptop, making it challenging to access my account seamlessly.

Hello! I am requesting to cancel my account and receive a refund. I tried the free trial without realizing it would immediately charge my account. I am hopeful for a positive response and would greatly appreciate getting my money back, especially as a student in the Philippines facing the challenges of the pandemic. The refunded amount would be a significant help for me during this difficult time. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

To Whom It May Concern, I received an email on September 24, [redacted], informing me that my order #RP8XZG3B was canceled due to being out of stock or back-ordered. The email stated that a refund would be processed within 5 business days. However, on September 30, [redacted], I got another email indicating that my order might be delayed with a promise of a notification when it ships. Upon checking the website, it currently shows that a refund has been issued for the book. Yet, after reviewing my bank statements, I did not find any charge for the book or a refund credited. I would appreciate clarification on whether the refund was processed or if the book will be dispatched. I apologize for any inconvenience and hope we can swiftly resolve this matter. Sincerely, Yzer De Gula

I recently received an email stating that I violated the rules and that it was my final warning. I'm taken aback by this, as I haven't shared my account details with anyone. I've been using both my iPhone and MacBook Air to access Chegg, sometimes simultaneously. However, when I received the initial email about the violation, which I did not commit as I haven't shared my account with anyone, I made sure to use either my phone or laptop, not both. I strongly disagree with being accused of sharing my account when I haven't done so. As a user, this experience is extremely disappointing to me.

I recently received a second email stating that I violated the rules. I am surprised by this because I have not shared my account with anyone, and I made sure to clarify this when I received the first email regarding this issue. I typically use both my iPhone and MacBook Air when accessing the account on Chegg. However, after receiving the first email alleging a violation, I have been cautious and only used one device at a time, either my phone or laptop. I strongly deny any accusations of sharing my account as I have not engaged in such behavior. It is frustrating to be accused of something I have not done, it feels unjust.

I have been waiting over a month for my textbook but still have not received it. I needed it for my genetics course, and by the time I got it from another website, we were already past 6 chapters. I have not received any updates or apologies regarding the delay. I am requesting a refund due to the lack of customer service. My order number is #00V350MJ, and the FedEx tracking number is [redacted]54. I returned "Introduction to Islam" before the deadline but have not received a refund for it. The order number is NZEPVMZ5. I no longer have the book in my possession. I dropped an anatomy class and canceled the subscription, but I have not been refunded yet. The order number is 95K2H1TX. I am dissatisfied with my Chegg experience and would like to close my account. Can I also get a refund for order BQZ0CZFG, which I have not used? I would like refunds for all these issues and to close my account.

Could you please assist me in resolving an issue with my Chegg account? This morning, while using it, the service stopped working. Later, I received an email stating that my account is under a 48-hour investigation and has been suspended. I am unable to access any textbooks, despite changing my password. My dad paid for the service on 16/10/[redacted] using his credit card and logged in on his laptop, which was recognized as one device. I logged in on my phone today as a new device, but I am being told I violated rules. I have not shared my password with anyone. This is my first time using Chegg, and after facing payment issues, I am now dealing with this account problem. I have important exams tomorrow and need the textbooks for practice. If this issue cannot be resolved promptly, I would appreciate a refund as I do not have the luxury of time to send multiple emails about this matter. Thank you for your urgent attention to this.

I rented the book "Media and Culture" for a course but later discovered I didn't need it. When I tried to request a refund on the website, I couldn't find the option. I had a one-month subscription to the book but didn't receive a refund when I ended it after a month. I thought I needed the book again for the second part of my course, rented it, and now realize I don't need it. It seems the system might think I've already been refunded, but I have never received one. Is there a way for me to return the book and receive a refund? I was hoping to resolve this as I believed I could request a refund if necessary. Thank you!

Hello, my account has been suspended for "unusual activity." This is frustrating as it has happened before. I typically only use my account on my personal devices, but today I had to use my boyfriend's computer due to my computer breaking. I'm confused because earlier this month, I had to swap a device, even though I was using the same one. Now, when I tried to use my phone (my second registered device), it also asked to be swapped even though it's already registered. I'm upset that despite paying $15 per month, I can't access my own account when I need to.

I am experiencing issues with my account being suspended for "unusual activity." This has happened before and I find it frustrating. Today, my computer stopped working, so I used my boyfriend's computer. I wasn't able to switch the device since I had already done so earlier this month. However, I can't recall why I had to change devices previously when I was using the same one. Even when I tried using my phone, which is also registered, I was prompted to switch it as well. It is baffling to me that despite paying $** monthly, I am locked out of my own account during crucial times when I am using it legitimately. I am very disappointed with this situation.

I recently bought a Chegg account and attempted to log in on both a Mac and a Windows device. Strangely, while using my Mac, it doesn't recognize it and shows an error message stating "You are allowed 2 registered devices per account, and one swap per month." This Macbook is the same one I initially used to log in, so I'm unsure why it's not being recognized. Although we can switch devices once a month, I selected "swap" and changed from my original Mac to the same one I'm using now, which was successful. However, when I tried to search for answers later, the same issue occurred and displayed the message about the device limit and swap restriction. It requested me to log in on one of my registered devices to continue.

I am having trouble accessing my Chegg account due to issues with my devices. I did not make any changes, but I am unable to receive assistance for my questions. Despite resetting my password as instructed, I am still unable to access my account. I am unsure if my account has been compromised. Additionally, I have not used my one device change this month, yet it seems to have disappeared. Could you please assist in resolving this issue by either removing my devices or advising on the best course of action to regain access to Chegg? Thank you.

I recently discovered an unauthorized charge on my bank statement from a study pack account I never subscribed to. I noticed a charge of $43.44 on September 10, [redacted], after seeing other charges from Chegg on my card. Due to feeling unwell and the impact of COVID-19, I've had to miss work days, jeopardizing my ability to pay bills. I was unaware of Chegg's deductions, which is alarming as it could lead to rent payment delays. Attached are screenshots of the charges I request to be refunded. Please consider cancelling the recurring billing since I couldn't access the account to stop it myself. Any help from Chegg to resolve this financial burden would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
