I ordered two books from Chegg for my college classes. The statistics book has arrived, but the Literature: A Portable Anthology ISBN-13: [redacted][redacted] that I need for an assignment due this Wednesday hasn't. The estimated arrival date was August 21, [redacted], but when I try to track it, it directs me to the statistics book and it appears the Literature book hasn't even been shipped yet. I am worried because I paid for this book on time, expecting to have it before the semester started. Now, I don't have the book and can't complete my assignments. I would appreciate it if you could ship me a new one with overnight delivery. This situation is unacceptable as customers rely on timely deliveries when ordering from your site. If I had known this would happen, I wouldn't have placed the order.

Hi, I'm Kimberly B. My email is [redacted] and phone: [redacted]. On August 19, [redacted], I was billed $[redacted].32 for books. Now a pending charge of $87.73 has appeared. Why? I need the pending charge removed and an explanation for it. Also, of the books I ordered, I've only received three and an online ebook. Where are the rest of my books? Hello, I am writing about my order experience with Chegg regarding a rental textbook. My Order Number is MXDZ0K91, placed on August 18th. As of August 25th, the book has not been shipped, despite the initial delivery date being August 20th. When I contacted customer service, I was informed about shipping delays. I am disappointed with this situation as I chose Chegg based on the promised delivery date. I am requesting either an extension for the 7-day courtesy eTextbook or a complete return of the rental book. The delay may affect my ability to return the book within the 21-day limit. To Whom It May Concern, I recently rented two textbooks from your service and encountered an issue with the delivery. While I received one book on August 21, [redacted], I am still waiting for the second book. The estimated delivery date was August 24, [redacted], but due to Hurricane Laura, shipments to several states, including Arizona, Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi, were delayed for safety reasons. I recently ordered rental textbooks for my classes, including "Shelly Cashman Series Microsoft Office [redacted] & Access [redacted] Comprehensive" and "Responsive Web Design with HTML 5 & CSS" from my account. The website shows that both books have been delivered, but I only received one of them in the box. Additionally, I also ordered "Understanding Computers," which was supposed to arrive earlier today according to my Chegg account, but I have not received it yet and there is no tracking information available. Hello, last week I rented a textbook needed for a class. I had purchased it and it said five left. However, only one textbook arrived. Upon checking my Chegg account, I saw that the money for that specific textbook was refunded to me. I am confused as to why it was canceled when I ordered it before it sold out. I require this specific edition with the access code for assignments and quizzes. I am disappointed that I wasn't informed about the cancellation, as it has now put me behind in my class. Hello, I made a purchase at the start of the summer for an Organic Chemistry book. When the summer ended, I packed up the book and sent it using the prepaid label provided. I requested a 2-week extension as I couldn't send it by the original deadline. The book was shipped TWO WEEKS ago but today I received another rental extension notification. Upon checking with Fedex, I discovered that the tracking number on the label is invalid. I've tried calling multiple times without any response. Hello, I recently received an email notifying me that my books are overdue. I had packed both books in the same box and a UPS truck driver picked it up to send it back. Hello, I'm extremely dissatisfied with the tutoring experience I had. Firstly, when it came to asking questions, Chegg did not offer me any options (written, live, or call). The written response alone should not take an hour. However, the tutor's initial response was unsatisfactory - the attachment was blurry and did not directly address the question at hand, lacking a clear solution. In another instance, during a live session today, the tutor wasted my time and did not provide any explanation for the question I needed help with. Moreover, there seems to be a charge of 33.98 NZD on my account today, which has left me confused about the cost. Hello, I have been a long-time user of Chegg, but in March, I was deployed to Afghanistan. Unfortunately, I couldn't cancel my account during this time due to lack of internet access. Despite calling to explain my situation and request cancellation, my account was not closed, and I have been charged since March. As an active soldier without internet access while deployed, it is frustrating to see these charges accumulate. I would appreciate a refund for the months I did not intend to use the service. I plan to use Chegg again later in the year, but for now, I really need this issue resolved.

Hello, I am frustrated with my account being temporarily suspended without any violation of your terms. This situation is unfair. I only use 2 devices as per your guidelines and have not uploaded anything since I subscribed, therefore not breaching any posting rules. The suspension occurred after a temporary lock for "unusual amount of activity," yet I am simply searching on multiple tabs of Chegg using the same browser, which is considered one device. Can you clarify the reason for this suspension? I hope for an explanation to avoid such issues in the future, as long as I adhere to your terms and guidelines.

Hi there, I am experiencing difficulties with my Chegg account as it is not recognizing my device as the primary one. Despite setting the same device as the primary each time, I receive a message indicating that I have reached the device limit. I recently cancelled an item shortly after purchasing it from Chegg. They indicated that I would receive a refund "to my account" within 5 business days. However, it has now been 8 days and I am unsure if the refund is meant for my Chegg account or my bank account. This situation has been extremely frustrating, and I am disappointed with the lack of communication from Chegg. I have attempted to contact customer service multiple times, but each time I am abruptly disconnected. I am now missing $82 and I strongly request that Chegg promptly refund the amount.
