I paused my subscription in May, but I thought that meant my subscription would be paused indefinitely until I decided I wanted to use Chegg again. However, I was charged TODAY for my Chegg subscription for the month of June. I am BEGGING you to give me a refund. I did not know I would be charged. I am currently unemployed due to COVOD-**. I cannot afford to waste $** on a Chegg subscription that will not be used. Please please please give me a refund for the month of June. As of today, I canceled my subscription indefinitely.
