Hello, I recently resubscribed to Chegg Study for the remainder of this semester in April. My subscription was set to renew today, but I made sure to cancel it well before the renewal date as my classes ended on the 29th. I can't recall the exact date I canceled, maybe around May 1st. However, I was charged $15 today for a monthly subscription which is frustrating, especially since I tried to use Chegg two days ago and couldn't access answers, prompting me to renew. Despite canceling, I was still charged. The payment doesn't show in my online orders, and I never received a confirmation email for canceling. I'd appreciate an explanation and a refund for the canceled subscription. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I need assistance with a discrepancy regarding the return of my rented books to your facility. As an international student from Germany, I returned both books before leaving the United States due to Covid-19. I received confirmation that the package was received and that the return was processed. However, only one of the books appears as returned on my account. I recently used Chegg on both my phone and computer website, frequently opening multiple tabs. However, I received an email 40 minutes ago stating that my Chegg account was deactivated, even though I haven't shared my account details with anyone. I believe this may be a mistake, as I solely access my account from my phone and computer simultaneously. Please reactivate my account, as I have not shared my login credentials and have no intentions of doing so.

My Chegg account has been flagged for sharing, for the second time in two weeks. I strictly use one device for checking physics and organic chemistry. This situation is frustrating. I rely on Chegg for school while quarantined at home. The constant flagging disrupts my learning. I don't understand why my account keeps getting flagged when I follow the rules. With limited activities during quarantine, I use Chegg frequently for study help. I hope the technical support team considers the current situation impacting students' usage patterns. I find it disappointing and frustrating as a student dependent on this service for academic support.

After reviewing Chegg's website and FAQs, it is clear that the company aims to assist students, particularly during challenging times. However, I am experiencing frustration as my account keeps getting flagged for what seems like excessive use. I rely on my Chegg account more now that I am studying from home due to limited access to teachers and tutors. I solely use my account, primarily for Physics and Organic Chemistry, from one device. Despite this, it is repeatedly flagged as a shared account, which is perplexing and hindering my academic progress. I find it disappointing and burdensome to address this issue continuously when there is no evidence of sharing. Given the current situation with online learning, I hope Chegg recognizes the increased usage of their services by students for educational support. I expect seamless access to the service I pay for, especially when abiding by the Terms and Conditions agreed upon during registration.

Hello. I recently signed up for Chegg Study to use for the remainder of the semester until the end of April. I made sure to cancel my subscription before it auto-renewed on May 8th, after my classes had ended on April 29th. Despite cancelling around May 1st, I was charged $15 on May 8th for another month. I attempted to use Chegg a week before to confirm my cancellation, but I was prompted to renew my subscription to view an answer. I find it frustrating that I was charged after cancelling, especially since I did not receive any confirmation emails for both cancellations I made. I kindly request an explanation and a refund for the subscription fee, as I do not wish to pay for a service I no longer require. I recently checked my Chegg membership to ensure it was paused. However, upon visiting the page, my subscription was automatically unpaused, and I was charged for the month from May to June. I encountered a dilemma with my Chegg account. The original account got suspended unfairly for "account sharing," prompting me to create a new account with a different email to continue my work. I have a premium account and I use the Chegg app on my phone. Today during an open book exam, I urgently needed tips on a question and tried to search for it on my laptop. When I attempted to access the tips, it prompted me to reset my password. After doing so, my account got suspended for 48 hours due to suspected account sharing. I solely use my account through my devices and believe the IP address confirms this. I rely on my account, paying for it to assist me on important days like today. If my account cannot be reactivated in 4 to 6 hours, I would prefer a refund and my account closed. It is crucial for me to have access now rather than in 48 hours. Thank you.

Dear Chegg, On May 16th, I encountered an issue with the Chegg extension that I had purchased on April 6 using a SacombankVietnam Visa. Despite being asked to extend my account for [redacted],[redacted] VND, I realized that Chegg had automatically renewed it using my Sacombank card for [redacted],[redacted] VND without my authorization. Even though the payment was not utilized, I opted to renew using a Visa Techcombank account successfully. Consequently, I was overcharged for the extension on May 16.
