Hi there, I downloaded the Chegg app and used it for a couple of weeks. I canceled my Chegg subscription, but I recently noticed that they are still charging me $14.95 even though I no longer use the app. I also received an email stating that something happened with my account, even though I thought I had canceled it.

Good evening, I am seeking assistance with the return of two books purchased from Chegg. Today marks the deadline to drop them off at UPS. Initially, the option to return and refund the books was available, but I refrained from clicking it as I was not ready to return them immediately. Upon revisiting my account an hour later to proceed with the return and refund process, I noticed only the return option without any mention of the refund. As I head to a UPS store to drop off the books, I am seeking confirmation that my refund will still be processed since I am returning them on the last eligible day. The two books in question are "Understanding Computers" and "Human Sexuality (Paper)." My order number is #9CNZ9PW6.

Hello Chegg Team, I was charged for the next month's subscription today, but I had selected not to have automatic payments. I prefer to pay only when I need to use the service. After receiving the payment receipt email, I checked my Play Store subscriptions and did not see Chegg listed there. Since my finals are over and I did not want the payment to be automatic, I did not intend to pay for this month. I recall when I first subscribed, it was mentioned that payments are not automatic and need to be renewed each month. I would like to request a refund for today's subscription, as it was charged without my permission this morning and I have not used the service at all. I signed up for Chegg because you were promoting free 30-minute services. I placed my card on file as required but removed my account within 10 minutes. I was surprised to see a $15 charge for not using any tutors or textbooks. It feels misleading to advertise a free trial, prompt for card information, and then charge without clear communication.

I recently sent my textbook back to Chegg, following all their instructions by taping the label from my account onto the box and dropping it at a UPS box. Despite this, I keep getting emails from Chegg stating that the book hasn't been returned, with threats of late and extended rental fees. I am currently on Christmas break and cannot check on the package at the UPS office. The additional fees from Chegg are something I cannot afford, especially since I believe I have followed all their guidelines correctly.

I was unaware that I needed a computer to cancel my Chegg subscription and wasn't able to do it on my phone. Since I don't own a computer, I couldn't cancel in time before being charged $20 for a new subscription. I finally managed to cancel it, but I was still charged the $20. Is there any way to get a refund? I'm no longer in school and can't use Chegg, so losing $20 is frustrating. I had hoped to cancel in time before being charged again, but the lack of access to a computer at home made it challenging.

I wasn't aware that I needed a computer instead of my phone to cancel my Chegg subscription. Without access to a computer, I couldn't cancel in time, and I was charged $20 for a new subscription before being able to cancel it. Due to not being in school anymore, I cannot use Chegg, and I was hoping to get a refund for the unintended charge.

My books were returned to me today because the box I sent them in was damaged. I have one day left to send them back, but I'm currently at home for a break where there's only a UPS drop-off location and not a store for verification. I'm unsure how the verification process works with just a drop-off. I'm dropping them off today to avoid a late fee, but I'm worried about potential charges.

During the current semester break, I attempted to pause my Chegg study account until the next semester. Strangely, I was informed that my account had already been charged for the upcoming month, despite no money being withdrawn. I was supposed to return my rented textbooks to the nearest UPS store according to the address on my return label. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I discovered it was just a drop-off box and not a UPS store. In a rush, I attempted to drop off the package but it wouldn't fit in the box. I then hurried to another UPS store across town, but it was closed by the time I arrived. Feeling frustrated, I finally managed to return the textbooks this morning since I was off this Saturday. I hope to avoid any late fees as I was simply following the address on the return label.

I tried to cancel my Chegg subscription on 12/25, but couldn't find the option on the Order page. There was a maintenance notice on the site which might have caused the issue.
