Hello. I was getting charged for a monthly subscription under the email *****@***.com with an incorrect credit card (American one through my parents). My primary account *****@***.com is the main account I use for Chegg and is the account that I pay a monthly subscription for using my Canadian credit card. Therefore, I was wondering if there was anyway I could get a refund for the three months that I was essentially being charged double the amount. Specifically, I was charged on *******, ****,** and ******* on my *****@***.com account. Thank you for your time.
