Hi, I cancelled my subscription in in early November and wasn't given a confirmation. I searched to make sure I wasn't still subscribed and it asked if I just wanted to pause my membership, I unsubscribed completely but I recently checked my credit card statement and I was still charged in November and then again in December. I have not used the service in * months. I would like a refund for those * months and also if you could make sure I'm not charged again. Thank You.
