The issue in GetHuman-adwehr's own words
I recently reactivated my Chegg Study subscription. It had been paused and then I entered a code to get * months free through a Sallie Mae loan code. The details of this are as follows: Sallie Mae EB-*MO Order: ****HRE**. My issue is that I was charged a regular subscription fee of $**.** of which details are: Chegg Study monthly membership Order: ***XJF*J*. I do not think that I should have been charged for this as my account has * free month. It however seems to be wanting to keep charging me each month even though it also says that it has been paused through Dec. **th. I would like to get a refund for this past month that should have been free and covered through the * free months. I also want to make sure that I will not be charged again until after the * months has expired. Thank you.

GetHuman-adwehr did not yet indicate what Chegg should do to make this right.
