I'm locked out of my account because Chegg won't let me log in until I change my password. My university changed emails earlier this year and I didn't switch emails on Chegg before purchasing my book. I cannot receive the password change email because that email has been deactivated. I've been on hold on the phone for ** minutes. I need to use this textbook for my class. My account is under *****@***.com but I need it changed to *****@***.com
GetHuman-heltam did not yet indicate what Chegg should do to make this right.
