My name is Sydney Morgan. I ordered two books: Envision in Depth and So You've Been Publicly Shamed. I went to my PO Box a few days after they said they had been delivered and they said they did not have the books anywhere at the Post Office. I decided to check the shipping address, and I had put the PO Box number in the second line when filling out my address, but it does not show up on the shipping address. So, I assume that the books were sent back to Chegg. I no longer need So You've Been Publicly Shamed because I ended up having to buy a copy in store. I would like to be refunded for that book, but I would still like to receive Envision in Depth. Since I already paid for Envision in Depth, I was wondering how I would go about ordering it again? *Thanks so much.
