I ordered a book with *-day shipping. It was supposed to arrive to me by end of day Monday, *******, because I needed the book to take to class on Tuesday morning at *am. I just now, Tuesday morning, got an email stating the book has been shipped with an estimated arrival date of *******. Clearly, that wasn't the case. I contacted the CS phone number and was refunded the $** I paid for *-day shipping but that doesn't change the fact that I'll now have to wait until end of day Thursday to get the book, meaning I'm behind by a week in my class. If you promise a ship date, and a customer pays for said ship date, it should arrive by thyat date, not be shipped after. It's bad customer service.
GetHuman-sloginov did not yet indicate what Chegg should do to make this right.
