I rented the Get Fit, Stay Well book a couple months ago, and returned ** days later due to not needing it for my class. I just got an email saying I'm getting charged $** for this book that I no longer have, and claiming I never returned it. I packaged the box correctly and placed the prepaid label on it. I've has several problems in the past with returning books and I always follow the instructions, however I always have problems with being charged late fees.
GetHuman1021733 did not yet indicate what Chegg should do to make this right.
