The issue in GetHuman-blockeo's own words
I was charged an extended rental fee. However, I returned my book to UPS on August *, **** ( Before the due date of August **th). Additionally, I have the email from Chegg saying, "UPS let us know they've received and shipped your package to us, postmarked on **********." I shouldn'thave been charged and I would like to be refunded the extended rental fee.
GetHuman-blockeo did not yet indicate what Chegg should do to make this right.
