I returned my books via UPS Aug **th and they were due Aug **th. It appears that UPS mis-routed them and now I'm being charged an extension fee considering it is now Aug **st. The books would've been there on time if not mis-routed by UPS. Not sure why I'm being charged for their company mis-routing the books.
