I paused my subscription in June (maybe it was July, I'm not really sure, but anyway it was still before the next billing), so I wasn't billed in July. But I got a message that I was billed for August, which is not normal because I never renewed the subscription since then. Why was I charged and why does my account says that my subscription is still active when I clearly paused it and never renewed it?
