The card I gave on file with you guys was cancelled for fraud. I had receive emails that I needed to update my form of payment or my account would be cancelled. I decided to just let my account cancel instead of updating my payment form. Today I saw a transaction that I was charged which would be impossible as I never gave Chegg my new card numbers. I am very upset about this and want a refund. I don’t understand how this company could charge my new card or how they obtained it when my bank stated they do not give information out to third parties. This is quite frustrating. I really would like a refund as I no longer use chegg. My account email is *****@***.com
GetHuman-sfoucaul did not yet indicate what Chegg should do to make this right.
