I currently have Chegg subscription under the email of *****@***.com and I am being charged **.** monthly. However, I am also being charged **.** from Chegg. I call Chegg personally and they had told me that I might have another account. I tried giving them all the email addresses I have. Only one worked which was the email above. I don't remember making another account in Chegg with a different email address. I don't want to get charged **.** for something I am not using. I have in the past canceled my subscriptions from the email above when I did not need Chegg. Yet, when I re-opened a new subscription, I would used the same email. My question is how do I stop getting charged for the **.** if I do not remember making a subscription account with a different email and how can I cancel this subscription.
