I purchased 8 cans of Beefaroni SpaghettiOs, which I usually buy for the whole month for my three children. Unfortunately, this batch seems to be bad, as two of my kids got stomach flu sick last week and one is sick again today. The only common factor is the Beefaroni cans. I discovered the issue when one can exploded in my cabinet with a musty smell. My husband also confirmed the taste was off. I have pictures of the lot number and date on the cans. I am concerned if there is a recall or a product problem as we consume about 25 cans some months. I will refrain from buying more if food poisoning or stomach issues are the result of consuming your product.

I just wanted to share a positive experience with the throwback recipe from Chef Boyardee. I used to enjoy it when I was younger, but as I got older and served it to my own kids, the taste had changed, and they wouldn't eat it. Recently, I tried the throwback recipe with my grandkids, and it was a hit! The ravioli was delicious, and even my picky 5-year-old grandchild finished it all. I also bought the beefaroni, and it was a success with my 9-year-old grandchild too. I recommend trying the spaghetti and meatballs as well. Thank you, Chef Boyardee, for bringing back a great recipe. From, Mary B. of Wirtz, VA.

The last time I purchased your brand of Beef Ravioli, I noticed an excessive amount of sauce left in the can. It seemed like there could have been at least 8 to 10 more ravioli included. I have switched to another store brand where I didn't face the issue of too much leftover sauce. I urge you to reconsider the ratio of ravioli to sauce in your cans; a 60% ravioli to 40% sauce proportion is unsatisfactory. On a positive note, I have had no problems with your pizza mixes, but I wish for more availability of the single pizza mixes in both pepperoni and cheese flavors. Unfortunately, I have noticed a decrease in the availability of the single pizza mixes in stores. I kindly request you to bring back the single pizza mixes and adjust the sauce quantity in the ravioli, including Mini Beef Ravioli, Beef Ravioli, and Overstuffed Beef Ravioli. Thank you for your attention, David S.

High-fructose corn syrup is extremely harmful and needs to be eliminated from canned foods. Many individuals, including children, consume these products daily without realizing the health risks. It's crucial to replace or remove this ingredient to prevent further damage. The impact of high-fructose corn syrup, combined with artificial additives in products like Chef Boyardee, contributes to health issues like obesity. By following the example of Sierra Mist and opting for alternate sweeteners, it's possible to create delicious alternatives that are healthier for everyone.

I recently made a purchase of Ravioli and Beefaroni cans, as I normally do. Upon opening the Beefaroni can, I was disappointed to find mold on the inside bottom of the lid and a terrible smell emanating from the food. Subsequently checking other cans revealed the same issue. I feel frustrated having spent my money on a product I trust for myself and my family. This brand, intended for families, should not have such quality problems. I am requesting contact regarding this matter, as it is unacceptable to waste money on a product unfit for consumption. Regrettably, I will cease supporting Chef Boyardee. As a mother actively involved in parental groups, I will inform other parents of my experience.

My husband and I regularly donate food to a men's recovery facility for substance abuse, Bridges of Hope in Louisville, GA. Recently, we were informed that the facility is experiencing food shortages and needs assistance. With around 60 men residing there, they have had to start rationing meals. We are reaching out in hopes that your company could consider donating canned goods to support this cause. We have a personal connection to one individual at the facility to whom we've been delivering your products for the last 4 months because he especially enjoys your ravioli, spaghetti o's, and pastas. Please contact me at [redacted] if you can help. Thank you for considering this request; any assistance you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

My family has been enjoying Pizza Kits for generations! Recently, I bought one and noticed it was missing the cheese. I recall there used to be Italian seasonings too, which I've managed without, but the cheese is essential. I tried a Parmesan/Romano blend, but it's not the same. If I can't get the right cheese, the kits won't be the same for me and my grandkids. Please consider including cheese in the kits again.

I purchase around 20 cans of Chef Boyardee Spaghetti weekly. I usually eat these in my car since I am currently living out of it. I have noticed that the brand switched to SEALED CANS that need a can opener, which I cannot use in my car. Due to this change, I have decided to stop buying Chef Boyardee products altogether. I will now switch to Campbell's Spaghetti O's & Meatballs, which have a flip-top lid. This decision means I'll be buying over [redacted] cans of their product annually instead. I believe other customers may also be unhappy with this change. Chef Boyardee, you have made a terrible decision, and I'm sure it will impact your sales soon. -Aaron, Upset Former Customer

Please excuse any spelling errors in my previous email. I am trying to reach out to get the corporate address and phone number to contact the company directly. I would like to request for the Chef Boyardee long noodles mac and cheese to be brought back. The previous item was delicious, and the new version is disappointing. You can reach me at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] P.S. I am not a fan of Bill Gates, yet I am using his email product. Strange, isn't it? I need to find an alternative as a boomer. Chef Boyardee kindly sent me two $1 coupons in response to a minor issue, which I appreciated. However, the coupons had a short expiration date of April 27, [redacted], and expired before I could use them. Yesterday, on May 8, the store refused to accept them. Due to the pandemic and my impending hip surgery, I haven't been able to go out much. Is there a way to get these coupons replaced? Thank you, Mr. M. Today, I purchased two cans of Chef Boyardee Mini Ravioli. However, when I opened the can, I had to hit the bottom to get the contents out. It came out in chunks, not how I remember it. Despite heating it in the microwave, the ravioli fell apart, and the pasta seemed old. The expiration date on the can is May [redacted]. I tried a piece, and it tasted dry and unpleasant. I used to love this product, and so did my daughter. It's disappointing to see the quality drop with smaller portions for the same price. Eating is essential, especially for children. I have photos if you need them. This experience has tainted a warm memory from the past.

I am disappointed by the changes to the traditional cheese pizza kit. Please bring back the original recipe with cheese and sauce. I have been enjoying these pizzas for decades, and suddenly the cheese is missing. I do not believe that consumers had an issue with the cheese taste as it has always been a favorite. The new pizza tastes different, with the sauce looking dark and the crust not the same. After 50 years of the same recipe, it is unsettling to have it altered. I urge you to return to the traditional Chef Boyardee cheese pizza kit. Thank you.
