I visited a local Checkers and waited outside for 5-10 minutes. When they took my order using a coupon I had from my email for a free Big Buford, the cashier insisted I could only get the Double despite having used the coupon for a Triple before. I agreed to the Double, but was unhappy. When I tried to pay with my credit card, the cashier said it was cash only, pointing out a barely visible notice. I had no cash, so she couldn't help me, claiming she had already redeemed my coupon. I asked to speak to the manager, and she claimed she was the manager. She refused to unredeem the coupon, and instead gave me a 2 for 1 coupon for a Big Buford that specified not for the Triple, unlike mine. She didn't apologize for the trouble, so I left without getting my order.

I am writing to address an issue regarding employee Arroyo-Jusino's work schedule at the South Wayne Rd. location. On 7/2/19, upon arriving at work, he was informed he was not on the schedule by manager Donna. This issue recurred the following week as well, despite Arroyo-Jusino’s efforts to address it. Additionally, there was an incident where staff tried to reach him at 2:00 am to come in for a shift he was not scheduled for. As Arroyo-Jusino's guardian, I am aware of these occurrences as I provide transportation for him. It has come to my attention that Mr. Arroyo-Jusino has lodged complaints against Manager Donna for reducing his hours and showing preferential treatment. His contact number is [redacted].

The customer service at this establishment is unacceptable. Customers expect fresh and correct products when paying for them. The management's treatment of customers is disrespectful and needs improvement. It is frustrating when orders are inaccurate and customers are mistreated for expecting decent service. This behavior is childish and inappropriate for a professional setting. The experience has been disappointing and needs to be addressed for future customers to receive the service they deserve.

I went to the Checkers in Edgewood, MD around 6:30 this evening. After placing my order and pulling up to the window, I noticed the messy state of the restaurant. Fries were scattered on the floor, and the milkshake maker looked unclean. Despite receiving my order, I found it inedible. The hot dog was cold, and the milkshake was overly filled with chocolate syrup, making it unusable. I paid $7.07 but didn't receive a receipt to understand the total. I am disappointed by the lack of hygiene in such a popular restaurant chain. I plan to contact the health department to address these concerns. I believe the establishment needs a thorough inspection to prevent such issues in the future. Donna E.

Hello, my name is Maritza. Last night, I visited Checkers in Ocoee at store number [redacted], and the experience was so unpleasant that I doubt I will return to any Checkers in the future. While placing my order, I was shocked to see cockroaches coming out of the soda machine and walking around the counter. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have encountered this issue at this store. On a previous visit during my lunch hour, my food was served cold. When I asked the cashier, who mentioned her name was Ingrid, to speak to the manager, she informed me she was the manager herself. I requested a refund, but she hesitated, stating she needed to make a call first to process it as she seemed unsure about the procedure. The lack of urgency and professionalism displayed by the staff is concerning. I doubt I will revisit this particular Checkers location or any others after this disappointing experience. Thank you.

I visited the drive-thru and ordered for around $8. I requested to charge $4 on my card and pay the rest in cash. The employee told me the remaining balance was $3.73, which I paid in cash. However, upon checking my card account later, I realized she charged the full $7.73 to my card and also took $3.73 in cash. I will try to attach receipt #[redacted] for reference. Strangely, the receipt does not show any financial details. Unfortunately, the food quality was not up to par that night. The fries were undercooked and too hot, while all three burgers were barely warm. I have informed my bank about disputing the $7.73 charge. I visited Rally's at 5:15 pm on 10/26/19, looking to use a coupon for the Baconzilla combo priced at $4.99. Upon handing the coupon to the cashier, she insisted my total was over $6. I explained it should be $4.99 plus tax, not a discount from a higher price. The cashier was rude and adamant, claiming the $4.99 was deducted from the regular price. Despite prior purchases at $4.99, she was unhelpful and dismissed my concerns about speaking to a manager. Frustrated by her attitude, I decided to leave without making the purchase. This type of unhelpful and rude service is unacceptable, and if this misleading coupon policy persists, it will be my last visit to this location. I hope my feedback is taken seriously.

My husband and I visited your drive-through at the Rallies in Mishawaka on Saturday night for burgers and fries. Unfortunately, after experiencing poor service, we ended up getting sick from the food. Despite contacting the store to speak with a manager, we were dismissed and told it was unlikely we got sick from their food. I requested to speak with a general manager or the corporate office but was denied that information. I need to get in touch with the person in charge of the Mishawaka, Indiana location on McKinley.

Last night, on November 29th at 8:10 pm, I visited Checkers drive-thru to purchase two special limited-time sandwiches. I paid $10.16 and waited for 27 minutes after being instructed to move forward for my order. A staff member then informed me that the meat was frozen and they were struggling to thaw it. We declined a replacement and requested a refund. It took an additional 10 minutes to receive the refund, but I was not refunded the full amount due to a large Coke in the order. It's frustrating to experience frozen meat in limited-time sandwiches and then being charged for a large drink after such a long wait in the drive-thru.

The Rallys on Broadway in Little Rock, AR is consistently impressive. Every time I have visited, my order has been correct. The staff is friendly, provides prompt service, and greets customers warmly. Even when there's a line at the drive-thru, they maintain a positive attitude, efficiency, and the line moves faster than any other fast-food restaurant in the area. I prefer not to visit many fast-food places like McDonald's or Taco Bell due to their poor quality and service. Rallys/Checkers continues to earn my business by consistently providing excellent service, proving once again that choosing them for lunch today was the right decision. Keep up the good work!

I purchased the pot roast sandwich from the picture on the front of the restaurant, but what I received was completely disappointing. There was hardly any pot roast on the bread. I promptly returned to the restaurant with my receipt. The manager requested that I walk from the parking lot to the walk-up area, which I couldn't do due to mobility issues. The restaurant was empty during my visit, so there was no rush. The manager's attitude towards me was unpleasant from the start. Despite me showing the receipt and the sandwich untouched, she made it difficult. The lack of pot roast and mushrooms on the sandwich was evident. I have been a supervisor for 45 years and believe the treatment I received was unacceptable. Regardless of our backgrounds, everyone should be treated with respect. I prefer not to return to this restaurant unless they can provide better service and food quality.

I recently ordered from DoorDash at Checkers on Donald Lee Hollowell in Atlanta, Georgia. I ordered three burgers, an extra-large fry, and a chicken box. However, when I received my order, I was only given half a cup of fries instead of the extra-large order that I paid for. I feel this was very unfair and I hope something can be done about it quickly. I ordered through DoorDash, so the issue must have come from the Checkers location. Today, I visited Checkers in Plant City and experienced an issue with cross-contamination. The manager handled my payment with blue gloves and then proceeded to handle my food without changing them. I had a disappointing experience at the Checkers store located on Brentwood and Nova in Daytona Beach, Florida on Saturday, June 27th at 10:05 p.m. I frequent this store daily for the last four months, always ordering ice cream cups and sandwiches. Today, I inquired about the service order, noting that the drive-thru seemed to be prioritized over the walk-up customers who often wait a considerable amount of time. When discussing the matter with the manager, Tiffany, she reacted rudely, shut the door in my face, and insulted me with inappropriate language. Despite being a regular customer, I was accused of inappropriate behavior and banned from the store. Such unprofessional conduct from a manager is unacceptable, especially considering my consistent patronage. I plan to escalate this issue to the corporate office for resolution. Thank you.

I experienced a frustrating visit at a fast-food restaurant on Marquette, [redacted] South Halsted in Chicago, Illinois. After waiting for 30 minutes to order, I elected for a quick $0.20 Burger. Unfortunately, the food was not fresh nor warm. Just as I was about to take a bite, I slipped and injured my toe and knee due to a slippery substance on the floor. Upon visiting the Walk-Up window, I noticed a promotion for a free BIG Bufured or Mother Cruncher sandwich upon app download. However, my experience at the Rally's on South Claiborne was disappointing. The staff rudely denied the promotion. When I questioned this, I was met with further disrespect and told to go elsewhere. This recurring rudeness, combined with the observation of an all-black staff being rude to white customers, has left me feeling disheartened. I request that Rally's honors the app promotion and addresses the ongoing poor treatment at this location. I believe a resolution is necessary following the disrespectful encounters. We ordered two meals and waited for at least 25 minutes. When I went to the window, the employee said it would be another six minutes. During the wait, cars were moving through the drive-through. After an additional 10 minutes passed, my fiancé approached the window, and the manager, who was rude, refunded our money without providing us with the food we ordered. We were even told we were banned from the store for wanting our order. This is not the first time we've had issues with this manager. On a previous visit, we were promised wings would be ready in 15 minutes, but after waiting for almost 20 minutes, we were told they were out of wings. It seems like every time we visit, there are problems with our orders. The manager's attitude is consistently unhelpful when we try to address these issues.

I had an incorrect order experience at Checkers on Ringgold Rd in Chattanooga, TN around 10 pm on 6/6/[redacted]. I ordered a #1 meal, two 2 for $10 meals, and two orders of mozzarella sticks. The employee initially stated the total was around $13, but upon questioning, the accurate total was $22. Unfortunately, I was missing one order of mozzarella sticks, and the fries seemed freezer burnt. Additionally, the burgers and chicken sandwich were not good, and the service for ketchup and salt was rude. I paid without receiving a receipt. I would appreciate either a refund or replacement for the unsatisfactory items. Thank you, a disappointed customer.

As a disabled veteran with a prosthetic leg, I rely on my scooter for transportation. Recently, I traveled a mile on my scooter to Checker's for a burger and fries but was informed that they weren't accepting coupons that day. Despite my frequent visits to this location and the effort it took to get there, my coupons were not honored by the employee at the counter. I believe I should be compensated for this inconvenience with a free Big Buford and fries as a gesture of goodwill. Please email me a voucher so I can return to the store and redeem my meal today.

Hello, my name is Jeffrey. I recently visited the Checkers in Athens, Georgia, located at [redacted] West Broad Street. During my visits, I have consistently encountered issues with the service. The staff members don't wear hairnets or gloves, and their attitudes have been unpleasant. On one occasion, I even found hair and a nail in my order. Additionally, there seems to be a recurring problem with incorrect orders and excuses like the shake machine being down to avoid serving ice cream. This experience has made me hesitant to continue dining at Checkers. Today, on 7/25/[redacted] at 1:45 PM, I ordered the two for six double spicy chicken and a deep-sea double, requesting it to be cooked fresh. After a 35-minute wait, I had to remind the staff who admitted they forgot about my order. The employee, whose name tag read "L I Z Z I E," displayed a poor attitude. I urge Checkers to address these issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and prevent revenue loss. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
