I contacted Latam Chile to inquire about my return flight and was informed by the company that my flight was canceled by my travel agency, Cheapoair. I am seeking clarification on why my flight was canceled and would like the cancellation to be reversed to my original itinerary. My booking number is [redacted]0, and the details of the return flight with Latam Airlines on April 16, [redacted], are as follows: flight number [redacted] departing from Santiago at 7:30 PM and arriving in Lima at 10:15 PM, followed by flight number [redacted] departing from Lima at 12:15 AM and arriving in New York Kennedy at 9:05 AM. There are proposed changes to the itinerary provided by Cheapoair with an additional cost of $[redacted].52 CAD per passenger. I await your prompt response via email regarding the requested changes. In January [redacted], I booked a flight with CheapOair from Cebu City to Edmonton with a booking reference of 4RNUQ3. Recently, CheapOair informed me that Air Canada and Cathay Pacific canceled my flights which led to additional expenses such as a hotel stay, Covid tests, and taxi fares totaling $[redacted]. I expected these costs to be covered by the insurance I purchased through CheapOair. Moreover, I incurred a fee of $[redacted] for luggage that was originally included in my fare. Due to the cancellations, I faced challenges with the Canadian government's new 3-day Guaranty requirement and incurred a significant fine. I firmly believe that my insurance should cover these unexpected expenses. As a senior on a fixed income, I kindly request a prompt and customer-focused response from CheapOair regarding these matters.

I was denied access to a flight in Lagos, Nigeria on April 30th, [redacted]. I was traveling from Lagos to the United States, and I arrived at the airport early but mistakenly went to the Ethiopian Airlines counter going to Addis Ababa. I was later corrected and directed to Sky Airline, which I was unaware of. When I reached the correct station, the staff checked my boarding passes and then informed me that they couldn't let me board as they were about to close. I explained that I had been there for almost three hours and requested to continue with the boarding process, but they refused. Despite showing them the necessary documents, I had to purchase another flight ticket for May 2nd, [redacted], as I was denied boarding on April 30th, [redacted]. I am concerned about why I had to buy a new ticket when I had travel protection. Additionally, my luggage was damaged on my first day in Lagos on April 10th, [redacted], and I have a photo of the damaged suitcase. I was on hold to speak to a travel expert for over 20 minutes and got disconnected. When I called back, I was on hold for an additional 18 minutes. My only question is about the final itinerary for my trip and important details related to my booking #[redacted]8 - from Fort Lauderdale to The Netherlands on May 24, [redacted]. Hello, my name is Andrea. I purchased two tickets from Hermosillo, Mexico to Phoenix, Arizona, then on to New Jersey, and back. I haven't received any confirmation email. When I searched for the booking number #[redacted]3 on your website, it shows no flight available. The charge for the tickets has already been made to my credit card. I'm confused why there seem to be no reservations under the booking number you provided.

My son was supposed to fly from Larnaca, Cyprus to Bermuda with booking number [redacted]6. Despite having a valid B1B2 US visa, the airport officials refused him boarding. He is a student at the University of Nicosia traveling to see us, his parents, in Bermuda where we live and work. The situation caused a lot of stress as the officials were uncooperative and unwilling to check his paperwork. I am struggling to contact CheapOair customer support to cancel the ticket. I have travel insurance and am seeking a refund. I hold Larnaca Airport responsible for this ordeal. I demand an explanation for denying my son boarding, reimbursement for his taxi fare back home, and compensation for the distress caused. My son holds an Indian passport and has not visited India in over two years.

On December 8, [redacted], my son purchased a Quito-Buenos Aires-Quito ticket for me departing on December 24, with a return on February 3, [redacted]. The reservation number with CheapOAir is [redacted]0. Upon arrival at the airport, I was informed by Latam officials that I couldn't board due to new requirements by the Argentine government related to covid-19. Since I didn't have the necessary documentation, I couldn't travel to Buenos Aires to visit my daughter and granddaughters. I'm now looking to travel to Buenos Aires in July [redacted] and I only need a one-way ticket. I want to thank GetHuman for their assistance with CheapOAir. Regarding Booking# [redacted]5, I, Byju N. G., am reaching out on behalf of my mother-in-law, Radha M. R. Her return trip from Minneapolis to Kochi via Chicago and Delhi was canceled for the second time. The two legs of her flight, operated by United Airlines and Air India, were affected. We've spoken with Cole from the specialist team, who promised to work on her refund request, but we are still waiting for an update since last weekend.

Since yesterday morning, I have not received any help. I was told a manager would contact me within 3-4 hours, which did not happen. Today, I have spoken to five agents, but none have been able to assist me. I spent a significant amount of time on hold during three of those calls, with one lasting an hour. Twice, agents left me on hold until I disconnected the call. I am currently on hold again as I write this, and I am requesting assistance from someone at the corporate office.

On March 4, [redacted], I purchased two tickets through CheapOair for a flight from Charlotte to Las Vegas scheduled for March 20, [redacted]. Due to the pandemic, our event was cancelled, and when we asked for a refund from the airline, they denied it and suggested we change the travel date. We agreed and rescheduled the flight to Los Angeles on September 9, returning on September 12. Currently, only the outbound trip is showing in the reservation, and the return leg is missing. Additionally, I cannot find the original reservation under my name, Cesar B., in my email as I may have accidentally deleted all my emails before April 20, [redacted]. The initial reservation for my wife, Nancy T., was under booking number N9KH6Z, and the CheapOair booking number was [redacted]9. I received notification that part of my flight was canceled. My flight, number [redacted] on Tap Air Portugal from Tel Aviv to Lisbon on August 10th, is affected. We purchased tickets to travel to Bulgaria in February, but encountered an issue when we arrived at the airport in Chicago in June. The staff at Lufthansa informed us that we hadn't confirmed an email, causing us a lot of stress. Despite the confusion, they managed to put us on another flight. Upon arrival in Bulgaria, we called Lufthansa to ensure our return tickets to Chicago were in order. They assured us that everything was fine and provided a confirmation number. Unfortunately, we did not receive the seats we paid for on both flights, even though we have been loyal customers of ChepOair for years without any prior issues. This year, however, was a particularly stressful and disappointing experience.

I purchased a return flight with Pacific Coastal Air, but upon check-in, there was no reservation. I had to make a second booking and payment directly through Pacific Coastal. Despite being assured that Cheapo was communicating with Pacific Coastal, I later learned that was untrue. I am deeply disappointed as I paid for a service I never received, feeling it borders on Cyber Crime. I have diligently documented everything and recorded all calls for evidence. I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience purchasing airline tickets through CheapOair. I want to emphasize that after this, I will not use their services again, even with the unfortunate circumstances involving deaths in my family. I'm frustrated with the additional fees CheapOair adds to every little detail, similar to Allegiant. After buying my upcoming weekend flights to visit my daughter and her family of six, I attempted to input the flight confirmation number into the CheapOair app, but it wouldn't work. I've tried calling three different phone numbers, spending over two hours on hold without speaking to a live person except for one representative who fell silent when I mentioned my issue. I'm still on hold, well past the two-hour mark. It's incredibly frustrating to not receive any assistance with such a simple problem. This will definitely be the last time I use CheapOair.

Hello, my issue is that I had a trip scheduled with Cheapoair for May 2, [redacted], but due to the pandemic, I had to put it on hold. The trip is a domestic flight from Rio de Janeiro to Recife. My main problem is not being able to reach them by phone from Brazil as the lines are always busy. I want to reschedule my flight for November of this year. I have been in contact with Cheapoair via emails, but they promised to call me back and haven't. I contacted GOL airlines, with whom I have the suspended trip, and they informed me that I can travel without any extra charge until December 31 of this year due to the pandemic. I purchased a Lufthansa ticket from Abuja, Nigeria to Detroit, USA on July 3. The travel date was supposed to be on July 28, [redacted]. My ticket number is [redacted][redacted], and the total charge was $[redacted]. Sadly, I was denied boarding due to issues with my visa. I ended up booking a flight with Egyptair to Cairo, but was then denied boarding to JFK because of concerns related to my previous itinerary with Lufthansa. This has caused me a lot of distress. Now back in Nigeria, I am hoping for a refund or a rebooking with a different airline that can accommodate my visa type. It would also be helpful if the necessary steps are taken to clarify to CBP that I did not travel through Europe with Lufthansa. Thank you.
