Dear Sir*Madam,*This is the booking * ******** from San francisco International Airport to Manila International airport on May **,**** at **:**pm.The connecting flight from korea to Manila was cancelled two days before the scheduled flight.I still went to San francisco Airport to take the flight from SFO to Korea.Just hoping I could get another flight from korea to Manila.*I was not allowed to take the flight becauseI did not have a korean passport and I have to be quarantine for ** days. Instill insist to let me take the flightbut was firmly denied. I made few calls to cheapoair to no avail.*I am now respectfully asking for a full refund since it was not my fault and beyond my control.Your utmost understanding is highly appreciated.**Sincerely yours,*Lalaine Batiancela Jimenez
