Booking *********.*I really don't understand why I have to pay cancellation fees of $*** for something that isn't my fault. the Corona has hit us all and because of it me and my family cannot fly to the epicenter of the world ( Central America) where I have purchased, through your company, many tickets.*I would like u to please reconsider the amount u are taking from me if u would like me to be a valued customer in the future.*I have already received offers from other companies for future travel that will charge me for cancellation and only take a fee on the tickets (which u have already done).*I understand and will gladly pay the cancellation fee if I was the initiator, but since this pandemic is no fault of mind I SHOULD MOT BE PAYING THE PRICE.**Hope that u will reconsider please*Best wishes**Iris wiener
