tried to change my return flight to avoid a **-hour layover ... I called in to correct an error on my booking - I had misspelled my NAME on the booking (not on my credit cazrd info)*and was asked by one of your agents if I wanted to change the return date of trip to avoid a **-hour*overnight layover.**I said yes, she made the change and asked me the $** change fee, and sent me an email that showed the change. and told me that i would a final confirming email in * or r hours, the confirmation showed the $** change BUT still had the same OLD itinerary with the ** hour layover.**I need to get that change confirmed!
