On Feb.**, ****, I purchased * tickets on United Airlines from MPS Minneapolis*St. Paul, MN to VPS Ft.Walton Beach, FL Booking *********., for a wedding.*Because of the Corona virus, the wedding has been cancelled for now. I insured the tickets.*On March **, **** I filled out the form on line to cancel the booking and requested a refund.*On April **,****, I was informed I was not eligible for a refund. *I want to know why and what can be done about it.
