Hello, on March **th I booked a flight with CheapoAir for * from Martinique to Trinidad on March **th, ****. I also paid for the cancellation insurance.**The next day, we learned that one of our family members will not be allowed to enter the country as she is a US citizen and we had to book her a flight back to Miami.**Since then, we have been trying for hours per day (close to * hours yesterday and on hold today yet again) to contact them via both phonecall and online chat.**After almost * hours form ***th we moved to *th in the queue and for the next hour the queue never moved and the chat ended. This happens every time we attempt a new chat. Each time at *, **, and ** in queue the chat ends.**Similarly, via phonecall, each time we’re on hold for between * hour and * hours only for the call to be disconnected.**I am aware there would be heavy traffic due to the current coronavirus pandemic, but I’m beginning to think I’m being taken for a ride and my flight is drawing close. **Is there anything you can do?**Thank you.*Kamal Baldeo.
