Hello, I tried calling you guys over the phone but since I am over-seas it is hard to do so. I have also emailed cheapOair * times and I haven’t gotten a response from anyone. Normally, when I email cheapOair I get a response back within ** hours! My flight leaves in three days and I really need your help. I was traveling from the U.S to Europe on two different flights Tuesday July **st. One from GRR-ORD and then ORD-OSL. My daughters and I have been sitting two seats down next to our gate that was suppose to leave to Oslo Norway, August *st, **** @ *:** since *:**am this morning when our plane from Chicago landed. When we tried to go in our final plane to OSL they said that we were at the wrong gate. They didn’t tell us where to go and told us to hurry out of the line. They were very rude! I am very upset by this rude customer service!! Come to find out, my daughters and I still would have had time to get to our gate if they told us where to go. We looked at the TV a couple of times to make sure there were no changes in our gate or times. Our names were NEVER called to come to the right gate at all. My time in Oslo Norway is very limited due to work not giving me enough time off . I am here visiting an ill family member . I haven’t seen my family here in over ** years. I was stuck then to pay over $*** for a hotel room that I wasn’t even in for ** hours until my next flight in the morning. When we finally got to our destination (Oslo) the side of my luggage zipper was*is ripped and I am missing some clothing. The time I spent in France and dealing with the very rude people who work there was unacceptable, they will never ever see me in their airport ever again!! *To continue, I accidentally emailed cheapAir (not knowing the difference) they kindly told me to email you guys. My trip ends August **th, ****. Is there anyway I can extend my trip either later in the day that we leave August **, or **??? If you can please help me, I know it would make our moneys worths with our family and make my daughters happy. I already lost a day with my long distant family. *Our booking number is **********Thank you.
