I made a change to my original booking because of a death in my family. The change was to fly out Aug ** to Budapest arriving Aug **. Original booking was ******** made by my traveling partner Elaine Royds. She is continuing with the trip as planned. I did make that change with an agent and made a payment of $**** but my change is not confirmed. I've been on the phone with you for ** hrs for the last * days trying to get this settled. I need to know if I'll be flying out. If not I need to cancel my bus tour bookings that start tomorrow as soon as possible to get some refund. I really want to go on this trip even though I'll miss the first few days.*Either reinstate the original booking, return my $**** and I'll book the outgoing flight with someone else or confirm the change I made to leave on Aug **.
