The Managing Director,*Cheapoair Ltd.**Dear Sir*Madam,*Re: Request for a refund on your double charged fees done on a single round trip transaction.*Notwithstanding the fact that I had given your company an excellent rating on your international survey and vouched to recommend it to others,*I am not pleased with the manner your salesman Mr. Benedict at ext. ***** and your company's policy, chose to double charge me on service and agency fees on a single transaction.*On July **th ****, I booked a roundtrip flight from POS to SFO. Your agent Benedict recommended that the flight be booked as two (*) transactions -Booking ********* and ********* resp.*I had no problem with this, except that (*) Double service fees were charged (*) Double agency fees were charged.*You have a "Fare Compare" policy and your sales representative and company's policies ought not to take advantage of Senior Citizens by charging double fees on a single transaction.*This is a single roundtrip from POS to SFO* Why split it up so as to unscrupulously charge double fees??*In the circumstance, I am therefore requesting that you refund back one set of sales and agency fees. I look forward to an early positive response in this matter.*Yours disappointed,*John.
