Get my proper refund, the representative did not do as she said. ... I have spent an entire morning trying to sort out a billing issue. I have been hung up on twice, on hold for ** minutes and been transferred too many times to count. I have a $**.** US charge on my credit card that a representative said she credited. I received the email with my refund but it’s for $*.** CDN, not $**.** US! My booking with Cheapoair flight was cancelled. Returning my $**.** US. That was a charge that never should have happened in the first place.
I am not new, I am not sure after today I’d recommend or use Cheapoair again.
I have talked to so many people, tried many different numbers for customer service and no luck whatsoever.*Finally a rep said he emailed the billing dept with my number and they would call me back....NOT!
