About two years ago, my boyfriend allowed me to deposit a $[redacted] check from the IRS into his Chase bank account. Around three days later, after the check was accepted and processed, we spent just over $[redacted] of the $[redacted] when Chase contacted us. They froze his account, requesting verification from me regarding permission to cash the check. Despite assuming this verification would happen beforehand, it occurred after I had written "void" on the check and they had already processed it. Although my boyfriend confirmed over the phone with me present, they insisted on a different verification method. Since I didn't meet their criteria, I was told to visit a branch to access the funds. Unfortunately, the nearest branch is over [redacted] miles away, and we currently lack transportation. I recently opened a Chase account myself, but they informed me it couldn't be used for verification or to transfer the funds. Dealing with this issue for two years now, it's becoming increasingly frustrating, and I feel like my money is being withheld unfairly. Thank you.

I am surprised that I am being asked to pay $1.00 for an answer, as it seems like a ploy to obtain my credit card details. The question is straightforward and warrants a simple response. I have been a loyal customer of Chase Bank for over three decades and hold over half a million dollars across different accounts. Kindly reconsider the $1.00 fee and provide me with the information I seek. I am willing to switch banks if necessary to avoid dealing with what I perceive as unreasonable policies.

After overdrawing my Chase account by $5, it was locked due to suspicious activity. My account is linked to MVB Bank, where my job's direct deposits went. Not receiving my pay on time, I contacted MVB, and they promised a higher-up would email me. Today, I noticed my money was deposited but frozen in MVB. After calling, they informed me it was transferred to my J.P. Morgan Chase account. Despite this, my Chase account remains locked. I've been attempting to reach them with no success.

I recently encountered an issue while trying to send money via Zelle to a family member. Upon attempting the transaction, my account was blocked, and the money was returned to me without explanation. I was provided with a phone number to address the matter, but unfortunately, the line was not operational. It is frustrating to be cutoff from accessing my funds because of this situation. I plan to address this promptly on Monday to prevent any future occurrences. It is essential not to allow any institution to have such control over our lives without being accountable and considerate towards its customers.

I am experiencing issues with Chase because they are not recognizing my usual username and password after years of use. They are requesting a new password and sending the code to a phone number, but I do not have access to a phone while in Mexico. The only option they provide is to receive the code via text, which is not feasible for me as I only have access to a motel phone in Spokane. Despite providing my Social Security number and debit card details, they insist on sending the code to a phone I cannot access. I need them to offer the option of sending the code to my email address. As a result, I am unable to use my debit card in Mexico and purchase a return ticket to the USA with cash as I require a debit or credit card for the transaction.

My online account is currently locked, and I was informed by a customer service representative this morning that in order to unlock it, I need to provide my driver's license and proof of residency. The representative suggested visiting a branch to submit the documents, but there is no Chase branch in my city, and I am unable to travel due to quarantine restrictions related to Covid-19. She mentioned sending the documents through a secure email address but the call got disconnected before I could get the details. Can someone please provide me with the secure email address so I can send the required documents and have my account unlocked before my taxes are due? Thank you.

I have been receiving calls from someone claiming I owe money to Chase bank, but I never signed up with them in October. I actually have accounts with Credit One Bank and Discover Card, both of which I am currently paying off. I did not apply for a Chase card; even though I received offers in the mail, I am not interested in more credit cards. The recent call I received from a woman asking for a payment made me uneasy as she insisted on arranging a payment, but I don't have a Chase card. I tried calling back the number but was unable to reach a live person without a credit card number. I blocked the number out of fear as I do not have a card from Chase.

I recently received an email from your company last week inquiring about a $[redacted] charge on my credit card. Upon contacting your Customer Service department, I was informed that the email was fake and advised to ignore it as it was an attempt to steal my information. Today, I have received calls from Discover and Capital One regarding credit card applications I did not make, indicating potential identity theft. I want to clarify that I did not open any new accounts with your company. I have reported these fraudulent activities to the FTC. Due to personal circumstances, I am unable to discuss this matter further but wanted to notify you. - Linda L. J. Address: [redacted] NE 102nd Ave Portland, OR [redacted]. Phone: [redacted].

I received an email last week asking if I made a $[redacted] purchase, but I don't have an account with Chase. I called customer service and was told the email was fake. Today, Capital One and Discover called me about credit card applications I didn't make. It seems someone is trying to open accounts in my name. I haven't applied for any services. This is fraudulent. I tried to report it, but the customer service agent dismissed it as phishing. Linda L. J. [redacted]. Thank you.

I am attempting to send a direct deposit from my Chase account to my son's Navy Federal account. I am having trouble finding the option to do this. Both banks utilize Zella, but it appears Zella only allows transfers between accounts within the same bank, not to other institutions. I am unsure if it is possible to send a check online via the Chase website. The process does not request the recipient's address or account number, making it confusing and inconvenient. It is surprising that in the modern banking era, such basic transactions can be so complex for customers.

I am currently awaiting a Bill Pay Transaction from a client that was sent from their Chase Bank Account on Friday, March 18th. The Scheduled Date for Deposit in my account is March 24th. I am surprised that Chase would hold the money for 6 days before depositing it into my non-Chase account. The Transaction Record states that Chase will deduct the money from the client's account on March 21st, but it won't be deposited into my account until the 24th. I am puzzled as to why there is a 3-day delay between deducting the money from the client's account and depositing it into mine. The ACH Transaction should be immediate after withdrawal and not require manual processing. I did not authorize the funds to be held in a short-term interest account named "Processing." This delay is unreasonable and unnecessary in my view. Please expedite the transfer as the money now rightfully belongs to me.

I recently applied for a Southwest Rapid Rewards Chase credit card on March 8th to assist with financing my honeymoon. The promotion required spending $[redacted] within 3 months to receive flight points and a companion pass. Despite being approved 10 business days ago and 14 days in total, I am still awaiting the physical card. Unfortunately, I did not receive an account or card number upon approval, which hinders my ability to manage the account online or add the card to Google Pay. With only 2 months left, I am concerned about meeting the spending requirement to earn the points needed. I have attempted to contact customer service but have been unable to speak with a representative directly. I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Claim Number: [redacted][redacted] We are seeking assistance to elevate our fraud claim to someone with the power to effectively resolve this matter. In January, we raised a concern regarding a debit card charge with a significantly lower price for services than what was actually charged to us. Unfortunately, we only discovered the accurate price after the merchant's cancellation policy had expired. Upon realizing the approximate $[redacted] discrepancy, the vendor promptly canceled the transaction. Although we were initially credited temporarily during the dispute process, $[redacted].88 was withdrawn from our checking account after the investigation concluded, leading to an unintentional overdraft we are unable to cover and should not be liable for. Despite multiple calls to reopen the investigation, we were informed that Visa handles this process and does not reach out to the vendor during inquiries. There is concrete evidence that the vendor voided the transaction due to the merchant's dishonest pricing, resulting in the vendor reimbursing the merchant for the cancellation two months earlier. We urge to connect with someone empowered to review and reverse the decision, acknowledge the merchant's prior reimbursement from the vendor, and rectify the overdraft along with any related charges.

I booked a flight through the Chase travel portal over four months ago. Recently, the airline cancelled my original flight and rebooked me on a longer flight with more connections which does not fit my schedule due to work commitments. Chase informed me the flight is now managed by Jet Blue and Emirates. Despite finding an alternative flight on the Chase portal that would work for me, I was told they cannot make the change because the desired flight is not available with Emirates. I am left with the choice to either accept the inconvenient flight or cancel it and book a new one with more points. However, the cost in points is now significantly higher than when I initially booked. My only request is to have a similar flight in terms of timing and duration without incurring additional costs.

For 15 years after the theft of all my belongings, I have been homeless. I have been repeatedly attacked then and now. They have their fairy tale stories. From Karen Young born on January 1, [redacted]. My cars were also stolen, recidivistic grand theft automobile at mileages of [redacted],[redacted]. I was forced with Raymond De Raymond to form a trust fund, and that money has also been held over for someone else because I am a Veteran of the US Army and that "is what the City of Los Angeles nurses are for." They are coy digressions as far as a South Korean is calling it with little competencies themselves, a real cod fish themselves of River Ranch, Florida, without payment to me for food, cleaning, nursing attendant work where others are paid over $100K per their episodes. They reached their limit long ago, the birth year [redacted] plus or minus 5 years with their cohorts and "gangs all here" activities, behaviors, and misconducts. 15 staff persons per 2 to 10-hour period is Riot squad proportions with special equipment as it's where/wear 'n tear. That is the kind of staffing requirements for the necrovonics and other midwifery in the hearth and home to be paid yet from the pecking order to be yet continued. From Karen Young born on January 1, [redacted], called "Cedars mess in Sinai." That is me - Karen Elizabeth Young in all its variants; it is called their nuances.

Every time I visit your website, it fails to recognize me, prompting a frustrating process that often includes changing my username. Today, upon signing in to Chase, I requested a text message multiple times with no success, and when I opted for a phone call, it did not come through. This ongoing issue with Chase has left me feeling fed up. In a prior call, they assisted me in updating my information, even suggesting a new password, which I followed, yet now I cannot access anything. If I must visit a branch to view my balances, I am contemplating closing all my accounts and taking my business elsewhere, including our two Chase-associated businesses.

I am having trouble accessing my Chase online credit account, as the system is not recognizing my old phone number. I have been unable to speak with a real person to update my contact information even after various unsuccessful attempts. I simply need to provide my new phone number, 1-[redacted], and authenticate my account to make the necessary changes. I am hoping to reach a customer service representative who can assist with updating my account information so I can access my Chase credit card purchases. Please provide me with a direct number where I can speak to a live person for assistance. Thank you for your help. Joseph H.

Dear Concerned Party, I am a senior client who has had an extensive history with Chase. I must express my disappointment with their service, especially in the support department. In November [redacted], my accounts were unexpectedly locked without any prior notification. It took several attempts to reach out to the bank to discover that it was the fraud department who had initiated the hold. Despite numerous calls, I never received any response from the department responsible for the action. Subsequently, in December, upon my request, my accounts were closed. I was assured in writing that my remaining balance would be issued within 10 business days. However, I only received checks for two out of the four accounts. This resulted in complications with my Social Security funds and various auto payments bouncing, leading to penalties that I had to cover. As of now, my checking and savings accounts were emptied on January 3rd and 11th, respectively. Despite assurances that this issue would be resolved by the end of January, I am still missing over $[redacted] from my savings and $[redacted] from my checking, plus additional losses in interest. I am urgently requesting the bank to send me a check for the outstanding amount immediately, or I will escalate this matter to the OCC and Chase corporate. I used to trust Chase as a reliable bank, but based on recent events, I cannot recommend their services to others. The financial strain caused by these actions is unacceptable, especially towards a senior citizen. I am not interested in excuses; I simply want my funds without further delay. Thank you, K.S.

On March 23rd, I was locked out of my account due to an unauthorized Zelle payment attempt, which I did not make. While trying to review the charges, which included unfamiliar ones, I was unable to access my account. I am now being asked to repay money for disputes I did not initiate because of being locked out and unable to address the issue promptly. The situation became more stressful when the fraud department mentioned canceled transactions and disputed charges that I did not recognize. Unfortunately, I could not clarify the Zelle transaction that led to this confusion. Throughout the day, my attempts to seek assistance were met with being hung up on, even by supervisors, totaling three times. The poor customer service and the dismissive attitude from two supervisors led me to consider filing a complaint about this frustrating experience.

I am currently dealing with a credit issue as I have misplaced my card and frozen the account. Although I thought freezing the account would prevent any insufficient charges, I am still facing this problem. I am looking for a way to reverse and temporarily remove these charges until I can arrange to pay off my debt. Recently, I changed jobs assuming I would have more income, but this has not materialized, leaving me struggling to replenish the funds in my account. I want to avoid accruing additional charges that I cannot cover. Lately, the insufficient card charges have been applying past 2 AM when I usually check my account, leading to unexpected negative balances. There were occasions when I had money in other accounts that I could have transferred, but without seeing pending transactions, I ended up with overdraft charges.
