There have been recent attempts to open credit accounts with Chase and other banks using my information. I was alerted to these inquiries by Chase, Discover, and Capital One, the banks I am currently with. I have informed all three Credit Reporting Bureaus and contacted the other banks involved. I am reaching out to confirm that a fraud alert has been placed on my Chase account. Despite multiple attempts to contact the fraud department by phone, I was unable to reach anyone. Thank you.

I recently had an issue with an unauthorized payment on my mobile account that led to it being locked by a Chase customer service representative. After filing a claim, I was able to get my money back, thankfully. Now, I just need to unlock my mobile account. Despite multiple failed attempts to reach the appropriate department via phone, I have been unable to get through. As a Chase Credit Card holder with two cards, I frequently travel to Germany and have noticed that Mastercard is more widely accepted there. I have a family emergency and need a Mastercard quickly before my trip on January 12th. Is it possible to apply for one with no annual fees and a $[redacted] credit limit on short notice? I regret not taking care of this sooner and will have to rely on my Visa again.

To whom it may concern, I am Yuxi Huang, seeking assistance with unfreezing my personal Chase debit card account. Back in July [redacted], I opened the account at Chase Westchester branch using my passport number as identification. In January [redacted], I obtained a new card at Chase Manhattan branch, which was linked to the original card internally. I have been in China due to COVID-19 since [redacted] and had no issues accessing my account until August [redacted] when it got locked without any prior notice. Despite contacting Chase customer service multiple times, they were unable to locate my account or unfreeze it, mentioning that funds could be forfeited to the US government if the account remains frozen for too long. I am based in Germany and currently facing issues accessing my account. It is frustrating that when I try to reach out to customer support, I am asked for my social security number and account information, only to be told that I am not in the system. The Chase bank in Ann Arbor has verified that there are no problems with my account and advised me to contact customer service. It seems like a never-ending loop. Can anyone offer any suggestions on how to resolve this problem?

Hello, I need assistance with a situation involving Nakedwines. My ex and I initially paid for a wine promotion in May [redacted], with her details on the account but my credit card used for payment. Subsequently, Nakedwines has been charging my credit card $40 on 14 occasions, totaling $[redacted]. I only realized this recently due to assuming the charges were from a local liquor store. I contacted Nakedwines, and they advised that since my ex used the credits over time, they could not refund the money. They suggested filing a claim with my bank for a refund. I was in the process of applying for a checking account when I received a notification stating I am already a customer. I had an account approximately 13 years ago that I ceased using, and unfortunately, I have lost the account details due to multiple relocations, rendering me unable to log in. I attempted to contact customer support but encountered difficulty proceeding beyond the "please enter your account number" prompt due to lack of information. Last Thursday, January 6th, I tried to send money to a friend through Zelle from my checking account. Chase declined the transfer and locked my account. I am unable to log in to send a message to you. I have been calling since Friday, sometimes waiting on hold for over an hour without reaching anyone. URGENT: ACCOUNT FROZEN, NEED IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE! I utilize Zelle with both Bank of America and Chase. I regularly transfer funds to pay [redacted] contractors from BofA to Chase via Zelle. I have been a loyal customer of Chase Bank since [redacted] when I was stationed in Ethiopia with the African Union Commission. Over the years, most of my funds have been deposited into my Chase account. Since retiring in [redacted] and returning to Mauritius, I have faced challenges with my online banking. Previously, I relied on a personal banking officer at the International Financial Services for transfers to my Mauritian account, but since their closure in [redacted], I have been required to manage my transactions online. Despite enrolling in online banking in [redacted] and receiving monthly statements via email, I have been unable to make any transactions successfully. I have been a victim of identity theft and have encountered two separate issues. I have been waiting for over three months to be reimbursed $10,[redacted] after the investigation was completed a month ago. Meanwhile, more fraudulent activity occurred in my account right after my check-in at the Marriott Townplace in Sidney, Ohio, on November 13th. The unauthorized transactions, including $1,[redacted] daily withdrawals and ATM transfers in Sidney, Ohio, where I did not conduct any transactions, have resulted in over $30,[redacted] being stolen. Despite meeting with Chase Bank employee Hope in Sidney, no progress has been made. I am having trouble logging into my account to pay my bill. I have been using this account for a long time without any issues, but now it's saying my information is incorrect. It's asking for contact information, but email isn't appearing as an option even though I prefer it over texts. Can this issue be resolved so I can easily pay my bill online each month? I have a commercial (business account). On Tuesday, the 18th, I attempted to access my account via the Chase online app but was denied due to an incorrect password, despite not changing it. After successfully resetting the password on my Chromebook, I regained access. However, later on, I found my account was locked until the matter was resolved. I confirmed a text message inquiry about a charge that was valid. I have been trying for three days, for hours, to reach customer service for help but haven't been able to speak to anyone. I typically pay my bills online using my Chase checking account, a routine I've followed for 15 years. Recently, I tried to use the Zelle feature on the website to pay five bills. The first two transactions displayed a pay date of January 24 and a delivery date of January 25. However, when I proceeded to pay the third bill, the pay date changed to January 25 with a delivery date of January 26. This same pattern repeated for the fourth and fifth bills with the dates showing January 25 and 26. Strangely, a red message appeared near the third entry stating, "You must enter a valid date." Despite my attempts to correct the dates to January 24 and 25, the red prompt prevented me from doing so. All I want to do is pay my bills hassle-free.

I am unable to reach Chase as their international toll-free number is not free in Europe, and Denmark lacks a call collect service. Although my sister, a joint account holder, flew in from Brazil to speak with Chase in person, they insisted that only I can address the issue. Even my lawyer faced the same restriction. During attempts to log in via phone, I have been correctly identified by the automated system on speakerphone but repeatedly locked out. After months of unsuccessful communication, the situation has become dire, and I am requesting escalation to a supervisor. I recently opened a new business account in Oklahoma City on January 20th. I was able to log in smoothly on January 21st via my cell phone, entering my username and password. However, on January 23rd at 9:43 pm, when I tried to check my balance, there was a delay of 15 minutes for the password numbers to come in on Messenger. After retrying, I found myself locked out of my account by the computer system. Despite following the prompts to change the password, I have been unsuccessful due to the system locking me out for extended periods. I was able to access my account successfully on January 21st but have been unable to do so since then. Repeated attempts on January 24th have also failed to provide me with the necessary entry password. This situation is hindering my ability to make a mobile deposit. I recently discovered that my stimulus checks were deposited into a Chase account without my knowledge or consent. The IRS and FTC have been informed, and I'm seeking resolution. I do not have a Chase account, so I am troubled that someone else's checks were deposited into one. I am determined to get my money back and hold the perpetrator accountable.
