i received an alert from chase on my email regarding a charge on credit card --****. I recognized the charge, but was not able to confirm. After spending at least an hour on my cellphone (***-***-****) and computer screen, I have been unable to reach anyone. A big part of the problem is getting a code to verify my sign-in. When I leave the chase screen to access my e-mail, I can't get back into Chase (can't verify).* Help!!!
