Hello, Chase. I am Ronald Miller, a Chase Freedom cardholder. My card number is 4[redacted]-0[redacted], and I reside at PO Box 94, Sekupang, Batam Island, Indonesia, ZIP [redacted]. My phone number ends in [redacted]. I am frustrated that after spending an hour composing an email to you and losing it due to technical issues, I have been unable to reset my password for months. Despite numerous attempts, I have been told that I cannot be identified. The problem may have originated when I received multiple credit cards within a short period, and one was returned to sender. This has led to me being unable to access my account for over six months, with Chase claiming they do not recognize me. While Chase sends me monthly statements, they have not deducted the thousands of dollars I have sent them. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

Hello, I recently initiated a dispute for an item I hadn't received, but since then, the item arrived, and I am dissatisfied with it. The product claimed to be compatible with an Android cell phone, yet my Norton security software flagged it as questionable and prevents its use. I reached out to customer service at [redacted] regarding a return process, providing my personal details and transaction number #lvk58894e[redacted]9. However, they informed me that this might not be the correct number to proceed. Despite having received a credit for the Kore watch I didn't get, I still need assistance. The DHL tracking number for the package is HKARK-DEL[redacted]-1-[redacted]. Thank you for your support. - Leslie Cook from [redacted] Coventry Court, Iselin, N.J. [redacted]

I am having trouble accessing my Chase Bank account while overseas and need to transfer funds. Despite trying to log in with my password, I received a message saying my account is blocked. I was directed to call 1-[redacted] for assistance. I contacted Chase and was instructed to provide a cell phone number for a text message code to unblock my account. I tried with multiple cell phones but couldn't receive or input the codes. I suggested using email, but they only send codes to cell phones. I need an alternative to receive the code to access my account and transfer funds to my mother. Additionally, I would like to speak to a supervisor at Chase Bank to address this account issue.

We completed a loan modification with Chase. They advised us to hold off payments to qualify, but now they reported missed payments which affected our ability to refinance due to derogatory marks. Despite being current till [redacted], they will report late until [redacted], delaying our ability to remove the marks. This prevents us from accessing our equity unless we resort to hard money lenders. Despite reaching out twice to speak with our PPOC, we were met with unhelpful responses. A recent call resulted in them hanging up when we requested to speak with our PPOC.

In mid-September, I brought my pickup truck to RBS Collision to fix the right-hand wheel alignment issue. After waiting several weeks, I received a notification on October 27th that the truck was ready. I made the payment using my Chase credit card and picked up my truck the next day. However, shortly after, I noticed strange noises and brake problems. After seeking help from another auto shop, it was determined that further repairs were needed, totaling about $[redacted]. I was surprised to learn that my truck was sent to a different facility for repairs without my consent and using old parts. Despite providing my contact information to RBS, they failed to inform me about these actions or request my approval. This lack of communication and unexpected expenses have left me frustrated and disappointed with the entire situation.

Hello, my name is Cindy V. Today, my husband received a call from Chase regarding an unpaid account since June for an Amazon purchase. I do not have any accounts or credit cards with Chase, so I am confused by this. When trying to contact them, they requested an account number which I do not have. I regularly use Amazon for purchases, but always pay with a different credit card, not from Chase. Could you kindly get in touch with me at [redacted] to help clarify this issue? Unfortunately, my husband was unable to speak with the caller as he was driving and did not catch her name. For reference, my husband's name is Robert V. and his cell phone number is [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance.

I am attempting to join Venmo. I initially tried manually entering the routing number [redacted]22 and account number [redacted] from my old checkbook multiple times, but Venmo did not accept the 9-digit routing number. Switching from my phone to my desktop computer, I had to reset my password as the generated one by Safari (or iCloud) did not autofill. Despite the new password promising to sync across devices, I still cannot connect to Venmo as the new password does not autofill. I am concerned that iCloud may have stored multiple passwords for different websites over the years. My aging computer and I may be beyond repair. Assistance is appreciated for clarification.

After my husband tragically passed away, I reached out to Chase to inform them, but before I could do so, they were already notified and closed our Credit Card accounts without warning. This caused a great deal of stress and inconvenience. Despite my repeated inquiries, Chase has not disclosed who informed them of his passing, which I find unprofessional. It was my right to relay this information first before any actions were taken on our accounts. Regardless of who informed them, Chase should not have interfered with our personal accounts without my consent. I simply seek closure and peace of mind by knowing who shared this sensitive detail with the bank. I hope to receive a response soon. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - L. R.

I live abroad and attempted to transfer money from my Chase account overseas but it was canceled. I was instructed to call [redacted] for assistance. During the call, the representative questioned me about details like my passport number and work information, which did not match their records. Despite providing my current passport number, it did not match the one on file. After contacting various Chase numbers, I was directed to resolve the issue at the branch where I opened the account, which is currently not feasible for me. A friend visited the branch with a letter from me, but they reiterated the need for me to come in person. They provided two phone numbers, [redacted] and [redacted], for further assistance. I have yet to contact those numbers.

Hello, my name is Mike Lalonde. I recently experienced a health emergency that resulted in a significant overdraft in two of my accounts due to missing work for three months. I plan to start allocating my earnings to cover these overdrafts. Some assistance with the associated fees would greatly ease my situation. A substantial check is expected to arrive soon, which will help my business account. Thank you for your help. Sincerely, Mike LaLonde Born on 5/18/[redacted]. I will refrain from sharing sensitive details such as my Social Security number or account number in this forum.

I would like to report an issue with my local Chase Bank in Prescott Valley. My account was unexpectedly closed without any explanation or prior notice. When I tried to log in online, I received a message saying my account was locked and to call [redacted]. Upon contacting the bank, I was informed that my account had been terminated, but no reason was provided despite my requests. I visited the branch at [redacted] E State Hwy 69, Prescott Valley AZ, to withdraw my balance of $1,[redacted].27 and Chase credit card funds, but was denied access to my money. I find this action concerning and believe it may be illegal. Despite my attempts to obtain information and statements, I have been met with resistance and lack of transparency from Chase Bank. As someone responsible for my mother's finances due to her health condition, this situation has left me unable to assist her as planned. I have tried to address these issues with the bank through formal complaints to no avail. As a law-abiding member of the community, I am struggling with basic necessities like food and gas due to this sudden account closure. I am a Realtor and now face challenges fulfilling my job responsibilities. I have supporting documents for the past four months of transactions. I also requested a copy of my complaint from the bank but was declined. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am currently in Manila and staying at a hotel. Recently, I attempted to reschedule my domestic flight and was charged $[redacted] for change fees. The agent provided a document to sign via email to confirm the booking, but I encountered errors three to four times while trying to do so. Initially, I used my credit card ending in [redacted] and experienced two errors. Then, I attempted with my debit card ending in [redacted] and encountered two more errors. It is now 4 am, and I am feeling very frustrated as finalizing this booking is crucial for my flight scheduled for December 5th. Every additional day at the hotel is costing me more money. I am unsure if the issue lies with my cards or if the internet connection here is slow. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in checking for any problems with my credit card or debit card. Thank you, Marieta H.

I am attempting to access my account and update the password following the reported breach of 27 million drivers license details in Texas. I have made unsuccessful attempts online. Contacting customer service by phone has been challenging due to the lack of a debit card or pin number for another account. I am seeking assistance to change my password and would appreciate the opportunity to speak with a customer service representative.

I attempted to transfer funds from my Chase account in the United States. The transfer was initially approved, but later cancelled due to security reasons. Subsequently, my online account was frozen, and I am unable to reach out to them. Despite multiple attempts to call using my Mexican cell phone, I have been unsuccessful. While I am not concerned about the cancelled wire transfer, I am keen on having my online account reinstated. According to the email received, I must visit a branch office, which poses a challenge as I am currently residing in Mexico where there are no Chase branches. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I signed up for a free monthly service fee, but I've been charged since opening my account. I recently noticed all the fees from Chase accumulating. My family and I are facing financial hardship, especially due to the COVID-19 epidemic. I feel unfairly treated. I could open an account at another bank branch and get free monthly service. How can this issue be resolved and possibly get some of this money refunded? Thank you.

I do not have a Chase account, except for a real estate loan we've been paying on for years. I received a text on my cell phone this morning stating there was an "activity alert" involving a recent transfer from my account that exceeded the limit set for this alert. The email alert stated, "We inform you that a recent transfer from your account exceeded the limit set for this alert." The date of the transaction was 12/10/[redacted]. Please respond to me at my email address as soon as possible.

I want to share my experience with disputing charges on Chase Credit Cards. The current time limit is only 60 days, which I found out after dealing with an issue related to an airline purchase I made on 1/12/20 for a flight on 7/27/20. Unfortunately, the flight was canceled by TAP Air Portugal due to COVID-19, surpassing the 60-day threshold. Despite my efforts in negotiating with TAP, they refused to issue a refund. When I tried to dispute the charge with Chase, I was informed about the 60-day limit. Considering the extraordinary circumstances of the pandemic, I believe Chase should consider adjusting their dispute policy to accommodate cases like mine.

Yesterday, I attempted to log in to my Chase checking account, but it was locked. After contacting the provided number for assistance, I was instructed to visit a local branch to schedule an appointment, as I couldn't log in. Despite waiting for a call to set up an appointment, I have yet to receive one. This morning, I received a notification on my phone about an $80 transaction on my debit card that I did not authorize. I promptly responded that I did not make the transaction. I am eagerly seeking a resolution to this issue and have been unsuccessful in reaching assistance over the phone all day. I appreciate any help with this matter. Thank you.

I received two insufficient funds fees from eBay due to the delay in receiving my direct bank payments since they switched from PayPal. Unfortunately, because the shipping label fees are automatically deducted when a sale is made, the funds were not available when needed to cover these costs. As a result, I incurred $68 in overdraft fees. I have been attempting to contact customer service to address this issue and have the charges removed, but have been unable to speak to a representative as the automated system keeps redirecting me back to the main menu stating there is an issue with my debit card.
