Chase cancelled my card due to inactivity. I have been a Chase customer and had a credit card since ****. I probably received a letter about the inactivity but due to flooding in my kitchen I guess I put the letter aside to deal with later and then forgot about it. I did make a charge on the card in August at my dentist. The card expired in August ****. **I got an alert from a credit monitoring agency that the account was closed and had negatively affected my credit score.**The card also has my daughter as an authorized user and now her credit is negatively affected.**We both held on to this card and used it for emergency purchases and such. When she lived out of state I could be assured if she needed emergency money she had the card at hand to use.**How can I get them to reopen this card so this is not negatively affecting mine and my daughter's credit? I've called customer service and talked to two people who were of no help to me.**Doesn't my being a longtime customer is good standing (no late payments since ****) account for anything?
