Hi. I let the app trim access my account to lower bills. They incorrectly lowered my T-Mobile bill by lying and are claiming they want to take out $*** from my account as payment. I spoke with T-Mobile and they said it won't work and I won't get the discount. **I am contacting chase to stop automatic payments to this institution since I didn't authorize this and I can't afford to go into overdraft and wait to be reimbursed. Thank you
