On last week there was a quick pay made on my account by ZELLE in the amount of $***.** which I did not authorize. I went to the Chase on Bingle and cleared it up I also talked with the Claims Department. I can use my card but the bills I pay online I can no longer do. I do not want to change cards as I have the IRS coming out of my check. What do I need to do to do to be able to pay my bills online again. My credit is going bad and each time I try to pay online I can not get into my account. I am ok, I reported the incident, I do not want another card. All I want to do is be any to acccess my account and pay my bills.
