The issue in GetHuman-rlandres's own words
Broken DVR receiver required multiple phone calls to different customer service agents (and several hours of phone hold time) to rectify. Many agents were not very knowledgeable, some provided incorrect information, and one (who would not give me his employee number or location -- he claimed "...for security reasons") flat out lied. ATT's process for receiver replacement unnecessarily cumbersome at best, and downright awful at worst because of excessive phone wait times and disparately helpful service agents. As soon as I am able find an alternate TV provider that meets my needs, I will be very pleased to cancel my ATT service.
GetHuman-rlandres did not yet indicate what Chase should do to make this right.
