I just wanted for you to make sure that the account is closed. When I originally called to have it closed, the representative said, after the explanation and process, that it was closed. However, I want to make sure it is closed as when I pull certain info up online it is still showing up like it is active. Please make sure it is not active and is closed. I have no way at this point to call you that is why I'm msg'n you.
