We did not receive a printed bill for the month of June. When we realized this, we called to pay the bill online, but were * days late. We would like to get any late payment fee waived or check to see if any fee was even charged. The tardiness of payment was due to the fact that we were recently issued new cards when several fraudulent charges were made recently to the previous card. We also want to verify that we will continue to receive printed statements in the future. You can contact us at ***-***-****.
