You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-alandal's own words
Got invoice and shows a $** fees charged. Need help to remove this charge as statement says received ***, voice says *** so your system is no coordinated. And as Chase is the grinch of banks in USA and has provided a return envelope for payment it is inferred that * USPS is an agent and payment to agent in this case **** if timely. A judge will conclude precedence is when the Riverside County tax collector considers a postmark as date date paid he will consider USPS is an agent and Chase has inferred that. Further the local ABC, NBC affiliates love to investigate greedy companies that tread on their local seniors in tis case an ** year old widower on SS only, so the public relations to your VP might not show Chase in a very good light. Whole positions is Chase has made the USPS an agent and precedence on my side that paid timely on **** postmark. I requjest you credit this $** greedy, grinch charge at least for one time.
