I have already been in touch with you but, here we go again. Do not call me by phone. Email me. I took out a Chase Amazon credit card. I charged an item that cost **.ish dollars on ******* and paid **.** immediately via Western Union Money order. I had not even received a bill yet. This money order was cashed some time in June!!!! They kept telling me it had not been cashed until last week they found it.. I paid for the balance of my purchase on *********. Why did it take so long to figure this out? And why am I being billed for this "balance" that I did not incur? I am not paying it or, if I do it will be at my leisure. I have spent days trying to get this straightened out with Chase and I think they owe me for what they have put me through. I am ** years old and never in my life have I gone through such an ordeal. I would rather have * more babies without anesthetic that go through what I have gone through with these people. I will NEVER deal with Chase again. I will never allow them to put me on hold for hours on end then loose my connection and I will only speak to people I can understand. So....that is my story and it has taken years off the life I have left. AGAIN!!! Do not call me! Only emails will be accepted.
