Use my phone in an area they are supposed to cover ... I have Spectrum Mobile and have just moved to a new location. Area code ***** (Ryegate, MT) where they are supposed to service (as they use Verizon) at *G. They only service here with *G. Breach of contract and my phone calls keep dropping continually and I have not been able to use my phone for important calls since **********. I texted them but no response. I drove ** miles one way to talk to a person in the office and they could not figure out why I was having connection problems. Was there ** min. Today I talked to a person on the phone using my new internet wi-fi (which continually cuts out with this phone due to some issues that no one knows about) and she said I had to call from another phone. I do not have another phone. I cannot ask anyone here in my new location if I can sit on their phone for ** minutes and try to get some help here. Spectrum is unreliable and can't help with anything at this point. I want my account credited for this time I have not been able to use my service even with a New reliable Wi-fi service due to a problem with this phone. The office even tried to activate the Wi-fi calling advanced calling and it did not work. What am I supposed to do at this point? I need a phone. I live on SSD and cannot afford to pay the prices that other services who claim to service this area using Verizon (which is who Spectrum uses) and have the same issues. Can you get someone to help me please. I should not have to drive ** miles one way to go into their office again to have the same issues looked at and not fixed. I should not have to have a *nd phone. They should be available by email * which they are not * or their virtual assistant should work * which it does not.....you wait forever to have a message come up that says NO Asssistant available at this time. They are not offering *G as stated here....they are only using *G and that does not allow one to make calls or receive them and stay on the line ...it keeps dropping the calls repeatedly...
I want the *G service they are showing the World they use implemented and the phone calls to work! And I want credit for the time I have been without reliable service * it is the least they can do for the aggravation they have put me through. If their service center can't get things right then what type of company is this?
I have been a customer for ** months now and just moved in September.
I am trying to use my NEW Internet Wi-Fi but it keeps dropping this as only the *G setting is showing on the phone. I tried to activate the Wi-Fi calling advanced calling selection and it would not activate due to NO Signal Strength. The Spectrum office in Billings, Mt tried to activate the same while I was there and they could not do so either. *Either there is a built in block on the phone that no body knows anything about or it is a feature that just does not work at all. I have an LG K** android phone from Spectrum and other phone companies can't even find this model. Probably made in China.*HELP PLEASE!!!!
