We have an account executive who claims she was responsible for nothing (and in fact not allowed to provide help) after the "sale". Spectrum keeps saying she should have been available to help resolve (about a month's worth) of issues that arose after the "sale".*I want to know what her responsibility is - because she claims she has none. I am referring to Jo Haire, Charter Account Executive - who dumped us after the sale and left us to resolve all of the issues ourselves. (Spectrum keeps saying she was supposed to be handling these issues). We just want to know the truth.
