The end of September, I wrote two checks* one for my rent $*** and one to Charter $***. I mistakenly sent them to the wrong people, so you got my rent check instead of your payment.*I immediately called you to tell you what I had done and ask for my check back. I was told you (*) would send it back (*) you would not send it back but I would get a refund.*You not only cashed a check made out to someone else, you increased the amount from $*** to $* **. I have been calling at least once a week since this happened, trying to get my money back.*I am told* the check is in the mail, it will be here in two or three days, it will be here in two or three weeks, there is no record of a check being sent, just be patient and on and on. One excuse after another.*I am at the end of my patience. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
