The service that my organization is receiving is appalling. We have been misled and deceived by most of the representatives responsible for our account. *i have been trying since Tuesday ***** to resolve issues with our cable and have yet to be assisted. *We spend thousands of dollars each month and have close to *** customers on our bill, yet we are not a priority for help. That is poor business and intolerable customer service.
