I've called numerous times to see if any discounts packages are available, per your agent's there has not been any for awhile, I want to know WHY??? I never had a problem back in the days, but yet you continue to send out discounts and how you value your customers ect. I've not seen any customers VALUE!!!something is wrong with your new owners, we the people that are SENIORS or LOW INCOME can't afford this high billings according to your agent's will continue to go up without any discounts no matter who we talk to, leaving me to look for others options!
