My wireless internet has been on the fritz for the past three days since I got back from vacation on Tuesday evening. I have a spectrum modem connected to a Netgear router. Until yesterday, my NETGEAR** network would drop from my phone and*or say "connected, no internet". This morning I tried to power cycle my network using the following steps: router off modem off wait *-* minutes modem on router on. I did this *X with the final result being that the modem lights were as follows: power green, ds green, us green, online green, link Amber, tel* off, tel* off. The router lights were as follows: power green, internet Amber, wireless green, bottom two lights off. My phone says "netgear**: connected, no internet". ** Please tell me how to get the internet back.
